"Food Network/Travel Channel-esque" dining question.......

Hi,

..I'm looking for a local to tell me the "don't miss" of Quebec City and Old Montreal. I'm from NYC so I'm not looking for bagels, sushi, Italian, Chinese, Indian or Mexican food LOL......I want to sample what I can't readily get here. I want local and fresh and fabulous.



We will be in each city for 3 nights (Chateau Frontenac and Le Saint Sulpice hotels) will have a car but walking and/or public transportation much preferred.

Please help.
